Housing Projects

Collaborating with community partners to create more housing for Nevada County residents.

Hospitality House’s Commitment to Housing

Hospitality House is a nonprofit emergency shelter and housing provider, serving low-income and homeless residents of Nevada County. Hospitality House bridges the gap between homelessness and housing by providing shelter, housing resources, and a range of wraparound services designed to help residents transition from homelessness to stable housing. Hospitality House envisions a community where accessible, permanent housing is available to all in Nevada County.

The state of California has tasked all communities to create housing solutions that reduce the number of people experiencing or who are at-risk for homelessness. While California’s homeless problem is complex, the rising inability for people to secure affordable housing remains at the heart of the issue. In response, through partnerships, Hospitality House is committed to helping create affordable permanent housing solutions for Nevada County residents.
