For Hospitality House, housing is not a program — it is the goal. Every service we provide, from the first conversation with an unsheltered neighbor on the street to a bed in emergency shelter to a room in interim housing, is oriented toward one outcome: a permanent place to call home.

We believe the path out of homelessness requires support at every stage. Street outreach builds the trust that brings people inside. Emergency shelter stabilizes a crisis. Interim housing creates the space and time for someone to rebuild. And permanent housing is where lives change for good.

Hospitality House has invested in developing and operating affordable housing communities across Nevada County because we know that services alone are not enough — housing has to exist. Our properties serve veterans, seniors, families, people with disabilities, and local workforce residents, offering not just a unit but the supportive services and stability needed to stay housed.
