Open Positions

Under the supervision of the Shelter Manager, the Case Manager 1 position is responsible for assuring quality service to all program participants in a compassionate, professional, and cost-effective manner. A successful candidate is able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadline including daily CalAIM data entry and other related duties. Apply here.

Under the supervision of the CalAIM Program Manager, the CalAIM Medical Billing Specialist is responsible for performing Hospitality House’s California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) Medi-Cal Billing. This includes referral submission, claims submission, data collection compliance, and relevant reporting as required by the CalAIM program. This position requires a high level of professionalism and a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced, social services office setting. Apply here.

Under the direction of the HR Director, the HR Specialist assists in the completion of HR tasks including but not limited to drafting and completing forms, managing databases, and implementing training programs. The HR Specialist is also responsible for administrative and office duties; implementing the agency’s benefits and compensation program; assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding; supporting the HR Director’s employee relations efforts; and overseeing the agency-wide training programs.   • Overnight Shelter and Community Advocate (FT-$22-$24)

Under the direct supervision of the Shelter Manager, the Shelter and Community Advocate is responsible for implementing day-to-day operations and safety protocols of the shelter and its immediate surrounding areas. The Shelter and Community Advocate is also responsible for guest support, coordination of shelter activities, and guest/client-related community engagement. Apply here.
