• Shelter Case Manager I (FT – $20-22/hr)

Under the supervision of the Shelter Manager, the Case Manager 1 position is responsible for assuring quality service to all program participants in a compassionate, professional, and cost-effective manner. • CalAIM Medical Billing Specialist (FT – $26-28/hr)

Under the supervision of the CalAIM Program Manager, the CalAIM Medical Billing Specialist is responsible for performing Hospitality House’s California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) Medi-Cal Billing. This includes referral submission, claims submission, data collection compliance, and relevant reporting as required by the CalAIM program. • Human Resources and OSHA Compliance Specialist (FT – $24-26/hr)

Under the direction of the HR Director, the HR Specialist assists in the completion of HR tasks including but not limited to drafting and completing forms, managing databases, and implementing training programs. The HR Specialist is also responsible for administrative and office duties; implementing the agency’s benefits and compensation program; assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding; supporting the HR Director’s employee relations efforts; and overseeing the agency-wide training programs. • Facilities, Maintenance and Purchasing Supervisor (FT-$66,560 – $68,640 a year)

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Business Operations, the Facilities, Maintenance, and Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all facilities, maintenance, and purchasing projects and programs, in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. Apply here.

• Overnight Shelter and Community Advocate (FT-$22-$24)

Under the direct supervision of the Shelter Manager, the Shelter and Community Advocate is responsible for implementing day-to-day operations and safety protocols of the shelter and its immediate surrounding areas.
